Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

pasta 2 portions

shrimps: 150g
-
salt: 2g 1/4 teaspoon and pepper 1g 1/4 teaspoon to marinate shrimps

red chili: 1~2

garlic: 25g 3 cloves

onions: 30g

parsley: 5g
-
olive oil: 25g
-
half-half cream (fat content 10%): 240g 1cup

parmesan cheese: 30g
-
salt for the water: 8g 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Ingredients
1. Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper
2. Chop onion and red pepper
3. Boil half pack of spaghetti in a pot of boiling water with some salt
4. Start with frying minced garlic on low heat with some oil
5. Fry shrimp for about 2 minutes until the color turns to pink, then leave it in a bowl
6. Continue frying onion and red pepper in the remaining garlic
7. When the onion turns to a little brown, put half&half cream and cheese in the pot (medium low heat)
8. Mix spaghetti and shrimp, and keep stirring, and m ake sure the spaghetti doesn’t get over cooked
9. When the cream and cheese are mostly absorbed by spaghetti, it’s ready to serve!
10. Top with dried parsley
